One of North America’s largest transportation brokers is seeking to contract with Delivery Service Providers using (Vehicle Type(s)) to make No Contact (Product(s) Type(s)) deliveries in the (Location) market.

• Prior delivery or courier service preferred
• Your Owned or Leased Vehicle:

• Availability for (SERVICE TIMES, i.e. daytime, evening, etc) delivery services
• (Enter Equipment Needs, i.e., Dolly, pallet jack, totes, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to (indicate amount of weight required to be lifted by drivers) lbs
